Project Overview

Our team had successfully developed a native app concept for a client that opened new engagement opportunities beyond our original scope. Recognizing the potential to replicate this approach, I created a presentation to coach colleagues across disciplines on identifying similar client expansion opportunities.

The presentation outlined our concept work catalyst, the prototyping process, client presentation strategies, and a framework for recreating this approach with other clients to uncover additional support opportunities.
