Project Overview
Ellevation Education wanted to enhance their Multilingual (ML) programs by moving beyond document distribution to foster stronger communication and relationships with students' families, believing this would improve student success rates.
I conducted a 5-day Design Sprint to identify the most critical problem areas within their workflow. Through collaborative ideation, prototyping, and user interviews, we uncovered solutions that led to a new communication platform. This system allows educators to create custom messages in any language while enabling both educators and families to track student progress and performance over time.
